Founder, Managing Director, Chief Investment Officer.
Andrew is responsible for all trading, execution and research activities. Andrew has over 30 years of trading experience and started his career in equity option market making with O’Connor & Associates. He was thereafter hired by Tudor Investment Corporation in New York, eventually becoming Head Derivative Trader. At Tudor, he also managed discretionary funds trading in all major asset classes. After leaving Tudor in 2001, Andrew became an independent trader, achieving net annual returns of over 25% between 2002-2008. Over his trading career, Andrew has developed many trading strategies exploiting concepts from macroeconomics to technical trading. In 2009, Andrew concentrated on developing quantitative strategies based in artificial intelligence as applied to behavioral economics and game theory. This work led him to create proprietary analytical methods to exploit human cognitive biases in the financial markets. These include models that signal market regime shifts using unique measures of market sentiment. Andrew graduated from Columbia University with a BA in Liberal Arts and a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, he is on the board of the Beacon Hill Civic Association in Boston, MA.

Neil is responsible for all sales, marketing, operations and administration for the firm. He started his career on Wall Street as an Institutional Money Market Broker before heading to the sports and media businesses. Neil is an accomplished senior executive with experience in organizations ranging from $100-$600 million in revenues and proven performance managing P&L's, operational budgets and various capital projects. He has a proven track record of attracting, recruiting, hiring, and mentoring teams up to 150, establishing the infrastructure that has repeatedly accelerated performance in both stable and unstable environments. Neil was an executive for Major League Baseball’s Los Angeles Angels from 2009-2020 where in his last 6 seasons as Vice President, he was responsible for all revenue & operations of ticket sales & service, suite sales & service, sponsorship sales & service, media sales & service, digital sales & service, social media, marketing, business analytics, game day entertainment as well as involvement in the concessions and merchandise businesses. Many of his responsibilities included operational optimization, change management, customer engagement, finding efficiencies, restructure of departments, identifying new revenues opportunities, intellectual property rights. Prior to the Angels, Neil was Vice President – Sales & Marketing for Adlink, SportsLink LA from 2002-2006 where he was charged with launching the sports sales & marketing division of the cable television sales and marketing consortium in the greater Los Angeles Area. SportsLink LA achieved eight figure revenue growth over several years. He was also a Vice President – Broadcast & Marketing for the (now) Washington Commanders of the NFL, responsible for sponsorship and media agreements. Neil has held other executive positions in the media business, such as with WJLA in Washington DC (currently Sinclair Broadcasting owned), KMEX in Los Angeles (Univision owned) and WABC in New York (Disney owned). He began his career as an institutional Money Market Broker for Noonan, Astley & Pearce in New York City before heading to the television, media and sports industries. Born in New York City, Neil graduated from Colgate University in 1986 with a BA in Economics.
